Historic Documents on Youth & Student Struggles

In this section of our web site we will repost a variety of documents produced by Revolutionary Regroupment's political predecessors, concentrating on the post-WW 2 period of the Trotskyist movement. While we seek to continue the work and build on the contributions of those who came before us, we do not dogmatically defend past mistakes that may inevitably have been committed. Therefore our posting these documents reflects broad agreement, not an uncritical adherence to every secondary argument and formulation. Added 12/28/08: Youth, Class & Party. Basic programmatic document adopted at the September 1971 Founding Conference of the Revolutionary Communist Youth (RCY). Published with a new intro in 1974.

Added 12/28/08: Material on the Berkeley Free Speech Movement Produced by the Spartacist group in 1964-1965. A lengthy article by Geoff White, supplemented by a short leaflet directed to FSM activists on campus. Both were originally posted online at www.fsm-a.org   

Added 12/28/08: The following 3 statements,Students Under the Ax, Budgets Bankers & Bloodsuckers and Fight the New Round of Tuition Hikes! were distributed by CUNY student activists supporting the International Bolshevik Tendency during the 1995-97 struggles.
